- Other digital marketing services as specified in your Service Agreement
What this Policy Does Not Cover:
This policy does not apply to the following:
- One-time consulting fees
- Custom-developed software or tools
- Non-refundable third-party fees (e.g., domain registration, advertising platform costs)
- Services cancelled after the 15-day period
Eligibility for a Refund:
To be eligible for a full refund under this policy, you must:
- Request a refund within 15 days of purchasing the service.
- Be able to demonstrate that you have followed our recommended implementation guidelines throughout the 15-day period.
- Not have received significant benefits from the service, such as a substantial increase in website traffic or leads.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact us directly through phone number shared at the time of consultation. Please explain the reason for your request and provide any relevant supporting documentation.
Refund Processing:
Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days, using the same payment method you used to purchase the service. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
